We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.

 

 Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Local Pickup

If you’re near Ludham in Norfolk, you can choose free collection from The Big Shop during opening hours. You’ll get an email or message when your order is ready to collect.

Packaging

We pack everything carefully to keep your items safe (and tasty!) in transit. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ship on time, delays may happen due to courier services or busy periods (e.g. Christmas). If your order is late or missing, please contact us so we can help.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
