Service Description
Calm, one-to-one walks tailored to your dog Solo Dog Walking gives your dog my full attention — no group walks, no pack pressure and a pace suited to their age, ability and personality. It is ideal for dogs who are nervous, reactive, older, in training or simply happier walking alone. 🐾 What’s included • A one-hour solo walk • A route and pace tailored to your dog • Mental stimulation and enrichment • Fresh water and a comfort check • Paw cleaning where needed • Photo and message updates For safety, all dogs remain on lead throughout their walk. 🕓 Current and seasonal availability Walks are currently available after 4:00pm. Additional daytime availability opens from October to March while the Big Shop is closed. Please check the live calendar for current available times. 📍 Service area Available within approximately 15 miles of Horning, including Horning, Ludham, Wroxham, Hoveton, Stalham and Potter Heigham. Your address is checked before a booking is accepted. ✅ Before your first walk A free Meet & Greet is required for all new clients. This allows me to discuss your dog’s routine, behaviour, walking needs, access arrangements and emergency contacts before care begins. Bookings are subject to suitability and insurance restrictions. I am unable to provide services for dogs classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act or otherwise excluded by my insurance policy. 💳 Booking New clients must complete the booking form so I can check their location and their dog’s requirements. Regular clients can continue arranging their walks directly with me. £15 for one hour. Walking packages are reserved for approved regular clients and are assigned privately.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking & Drop-In Visit Booking Policy Booking requests A booking request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved. Please provide accurate contact, address and pet information, including medication, routines, behaviour and any special requirements. New clients must complete the requested booking information and a free Meet & Greet before care begins. Service area and suitability Services are normally available within approximately 15 miles of Horning. Requests outside the service area may be declined. For insurance reasons, I’m unable to accept dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act. I may decline or stop a service if a pet is unwell, the information supplied is incomplete, or the situation would be unsafe or unsuitable. Cancellations and rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule online up to 72 hours before the appointment. After that, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and missed appointments may incur a £10 cancellation fee. This policy applies to dog walking and drop-in visits; pet sitting has separate cancellation and payment terms. Payments and regular-client packages The price and available payment options are shown when booking or on your invoice. Walking packages are reserved for approved regular clients and are assigned privately; purchasing or using a package does not guarantee a particular time unless the booking has been approved. Access and emergencies Please make sure safe access has been arranged and that emergency contact and veterinary details are up to date. The emergency contact should be someone who is available and able to help with your pet if needed.
