Service Description
A quick-care visit in your pet’s own home, available from 15 minutes up to 1 hour. Ideal for feeding hamsters and other small pets, refreshing food and water, toilet breaks, medication, letting a dog into the garden, companionship, or a reassuring welfare check. Visits can include: ✅ Food and fresh water ✅ A clean and comfortable environment ✅ Toilet or garden breaks ✅ Medication where agreed ✅ Playtime, cuddles and companionship ✅ Photo or message updates Choose the visit length that suits your pet: • 15 minutes — £8 • 30 minutes — £10 • 45 minutes — £11 • 60 minutes — £12 If your pet needs care for longer than 1 hour, please book Daytime Pet Sitting at £12 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking & Drop-In Visit Booking Policy Booking requests A booking request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved. Please provide accurate contact, address and pet information, including medication, routines, behaviour and any special requirements. New clients must complete the requested booking information and a free Meet & Greet before care begins. Service area and suitability Services are normally available within approximately 15 miles of Horning. Requests outside the service area may be declined. For insurance reasons, I’m unable to accept dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act. I may decline or stop a service if a pet is unwell, the information supplied is incomplete, or the situation would be unsafe or unsuitable. Cancellations and rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule online up to 72 hours before the appointment. After that, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and missed appointments may incur a £10 cancellation fee. This policy applies to dog walking and drop-in visits; pet sitting has separate cancellation and payment terms. Payments and regular-client packages The price and available payment options are shown when booking or on your invoice. Walking packages are reserved for approved regular clients and are assigned privately; purchasing or using a package does not guarantee a particular time unless the booking has been approved. Access and emergencies Please make sure safe access has been arranged and that emergency contact and veterinary details are up to date. The emergency contact should be someone who is available and able to help with your pet if needed.
