Service Description

Flexible, one-to-one care in your pet’s own home when they need continuous company during the day or evening. Choose the number of hours you need between 7:00am and 7:30pm. Care is charged at £12 per hour and can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, walks where required, playtime, enrichment, medication and photo updates. This service is ideal for elderly pets, anxious animals, young pets or anyone who cannot comfortably be left alone between visits. It can be booked on its own or alongside Overnight Pet Sitting when continuous 24-hour care is required. All requests are checked before confirmation. Once the hours and total price are agreed, a 50% advance payment secures the booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before care begins. Available within 15 miles of Horning. A free Meet & Greet is required for new clients.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% advance payment is required to secure pet-sitting dates. The remaining balance is due seven days before the booking begins. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date will receive a refund, less any reasonable costs already incurred. Cancellations made 15–28 days before may incur a charge of 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made 8–14 days before may incur a charge of 50%. For cancellations made seven days or fewer before the booking, up to 100% may be payable. Cancellation charges will reflect the actual loss caused. If cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, the charge will be reduced accordingly. Statutory rights are unaffected.
