Refund Policy - The Basics

At Womack Doggie Delights, we want you (and your dog) to be completely happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Can I Return an Item?

We accept returns on non-perishable items (e.g. accessories or gifts) within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (e.g. dog treats, chews, food)

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at miabandy@womacksdoggiedelights.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. We’ll give you return instructions and a return address

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us

  4. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product)

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange accessories or gifts for a different size or colour if stock allows. Just let us know what you need!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out — either a refund, replacement, or store credit.
